staging readings AT LST:

LST provides a venue for staged readings, which are held intermittently throughout the year on Monday evenings starting at 7:30 pm. Please check with the theatre box office for time and/or programming changes (773-275-7930). Admission is $5.

Scripts

The goal of the staged readings is to provide writers and directors an opportunity to develop their craft. Readings are arranged via proposals from directors who are responsible for all aspects of production from casting to talkbacks. If you are a director with a script you would like to stage at Lincoln Square Theatre please send an email describing the project to Kristina Schramm at: lstheatre@gmail.com Do not send complete scripts.

While there is no limitation on subject matter, preference will be given to topics not previously considered and or to plays which are compatible with LST's vision statement.
